PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Due to the uncertainty of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, InTReD'21 will be held on 9th December 2021 in a Virtual Platform environment. Notification of paper acceptance will be email to all authors under Track 1 – Track 5 latest by 15th September 2021.

Poster Presentation (Track 1 – 5) Guidelines

All authors with accepted TWO to FOUR pages manuscript are required to present their work through POSTER presentation. Three best quality posters presentation will be awarded "best poster” during the event on 9th December 2021 at the closing ceremony.

Before Event:

  1. Each participant is COMPULSORY to submit ONE poster (landscape layout).
  2. Author should prepare and deliver their poster in English language.
  3. Each presenter has the option to present :
    • LIVE Mode (5 Minutes LIVE Presentation + 5 Minutes LIVE Q&A)
    • RECORDED Mode (5 Minutes Recorded + 5 Minutes LIVE Q&A)

For those who choose 'Recorded Mode', please submit youtube link (unlisted) during the poster registration by 15 November 2021.
The deadline to decide PRESENTATION MODE is by 15 November 2021 by filling up the form at this link HERE.

 

IMPORTANT During Event:

  1. All the presenters MUST attend the InTReD’21 poster presentation session on 9th December 2021. Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attended InTReD'21 full event and completed the feedback form at the end of the InTReD'21 event.
  2. Three panel of expert juries will be assigned to each paper ID.
  3. During the parallel session, InTReD’21 committee will determine to invite the presenter as LIVE presentation OR play presenter’s video for 5 minutes based on presenter’s selection mode. Then, immediately followed by a LIVE Question and Answer (Q&A) session (for both selection mode) to the juries and to the floor.
  4. Poster presentation schedule will be announced at this page latest by 1 November 2021.
  5. The juries’ decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.

 

Poster Preparation Guidelines

In order to ensure a smooth poster presentation session, please note on the following instructions:

  • Poster must be prepared in landscape layout.

        Please use the following font size: Title (45), Subtitle (30), and Main body text (25)

  • Author should deliver their poster presentation in English language.
  • Standard poster sections as below:
    1. Poster title
    2. Background
    3. Aim of work
    4. Methodology
    5. Results and Discussion
    6. Conclusion
    7. References
    8. Contact Information

For Track 6, authors are required to present their e-Teaching Portfolio during InTReD'21 event. Evaluation is made based on the rubric guideline for e-Teaching Portfolio. The presentation slot for each presenter will be announced through email after Track 6 closing deadline, by 1 December 2021.
